The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL), the premier men’s baseball league in the province of Ontario is pleased to be partnering with the Ottawa Stadium Group and La Ligue de Baseball Senior Elite du Quebec (LBSEQ) to present to our fans the first annual series of all-star games, pitting the best each league and Province has to offer in head to head competition.

The two games in Ottawa will see Ottawa Fat Cats All-Star players INF/OF Cody Mombourquette and RHP Danny Desclouds suiting up for the IBL. Mombourquette, 19, finished 8th in league batting with a respectable .336 average and struck out just 3 times in 133 at bats. Desclouds lead the Fat Cats in all pitching categories including innings pitched (60.2) and strikeouts (49), while compiling a respectable 3.86 ERA with a 3-6 won-loss record.
